<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet recording material having a back coating layer and an ink receiving layer on a support body covered with polyolefin resin paper, in which transfer of a back coating layer in a winding process, wrinkles, too tight winding and deviational winding can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing inkject recording material comprises providing on one surface of the support body in which polyolefin resin covers both surfaces of base paper, with the ink receiving layer containing inorganic fine particles and a binder, and on the opposite surface thereof, with the back coating layer. A touch roll having a surface hardness (JIS A) in a range of 5-55° and a winding tension in a range of 50-500 N/m is used for winding, after the coating layers of both surfaces are coated and dried. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
