PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply smoothing device capable of completely reducing ripple noise and E.M.I. noise generated by a power supply. SOLUTION: This device has a nonpolar cylindrical structure in which a polar foil having a pair of facing oxide films is wound through a separator including electrolyte therein. In this power source smoothing device, fluxes generated by the respective internal poles are connected in parallel or in series so as to offset with each other at conductive plates 16-1, 16-2 with low resistance and low inductance which are led from lead poles 14-1, 14-2 which can recognize the respective polar foils from the outside and a cylindrical body edge surface sealed portion 13-1 in one direction, of which at least one pair of the electrolytic capacitors has the same structure and capacity, and which have a cross-section area at least five times as large as the cross-section area of the lead poles respectively.
