PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine provided with a function wherein a slave unit part instructs faxing of document information desirably faxed from a master unit part in one operation and can fax the document information to a destination. SOLUTION: In this facsimile machine 1, a number identification section 13 of the master unit part 7 discriminates whether or not an instruction number (entered and instructed by an operation section 4 of the slave unit part 2 in one operation and transmitted/received via inter-master-slave control sections 6, 12) corresponding to a destination temporarily stored in a memory section 9 is coincident with a destination number (a plurality of different document information items divided into some items and stored corresponding to destination numbers having been registered in advance) having been registered and stored in a document storage section 10, and when the discrimination indicates coincidence, a main control section 8 automatically faxes the document information corresponding to the destination number to a destination via a communication control section 14 and a data transmission section 11 by way of a MODEM section 15, and when the discrimination indicates dissidence, the main control section 8 transmits re-entry information to the slave unit part 2 to display alert and to carry out reentry.
