PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the display of the information regarding voice data in the process of reproduction even when any text data are not stored in the ID3-TAG information. SOLUTION: This voice reproducing device is equipped with a storage medium having; a program area whereon the voice data and the text data associated with the voice data are stored, a control area whereon a file name imparted to the voice data is controlled, a storage means for storing the above text data reproduced by a reproduction means and the file name, and a display means for reading out and displaying the text data from the storage means when the voice data are being reproduced by the reproduction means. By the display means, when the text data associated with the voice data being reproduced by the reproduction means are not stored in the storage means, the file name imparted to the voice data which are reproduced by the storage means is read out and displayed.
