PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when searching conversation information of chat if it includes specified words, search result information including attribute information a user who has spoken the words has is unobtainable. SOLUTION: The users who participate in the chat have predetermined attribute information. A server device 100 for managing chat log data analyzes the conversation information by a log analysis part 103, counts the number of appearances of the specified words, and stores the number of appearance of every word of every attribute information in an analysis result database 121. With respect to words designated by search key information, a searching/figuring part 105 generates the attribute information of the user who has spoken the words by referring to the analysis result database 121 and search result information by searching another user who has the same attribute information as the attribute information of the other, and sends the search result information to a search terminal device 300.
