PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor, in which efficiency of a compressor is not changed depending on a revolution number. SOLUTION: In the scroll compressor, a fixed scroll 5 in which a spiral lap stands upright on a disc end plate is meshed with a swirl scroll 6, the swirl scroll 6 is engaged with an eccentric shaft part 14a disposed to a main shaft to perform swirl movement with respect to the fixed scroll 5, gas is sucked from a suction port formed in an outer peripheral part of of the fixed scroll 5, and compressed gas is discharged from a discharge port formed in a center part of the fixed scroll 5. A seal ring 34 is disposed to an outer peripheral part of a swirl scroll bearing 6a which is engaged with the eccentric shaft part 14a of the swirl scroll 6 to form high pressure hydraulic chamber and a low pressure chamber, and an oil supply passage 58 is disposed to make the high pressure hydraulic chamber 41 communicate with the low pressure chamber 36.
