PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively take in cooling air to a heat-exchanger at the rear of a vehicle through a front bumper of the vehicle, and to keep the appearance of the vehicle favorable. SOLUTION: For the front bumper 1 in the vehicle, an attachment section 4 of a license plate 3 is integrally molded by placing a distance S to the rear side of the vehicle from the external surface of a front bumper top 2 on the front side of the vehicle at an intermediate position in the vertical direction. An opening 5 is formed between the top 2 and the attachment section 4, and a comparatively large main opening 6 is formed under the attachment section 4.
