PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for eyelashes, imparting volume to the eyelashes without damaging beauty of the appearance of the eyelashes, showing the eyelashes as the long ones (long lash effects) and sustaining the curling up effects. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for the eyelashes contains pillar-shaped or tube-shaped inorganic agglomerates.
