PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for oral cavity capable of mitigating or suppressing irritant taste derived from a disinfectant, or the like, and impairing no refreshingly cool feeling. SOLUTION: This composition for oral cavity comprises (A) two or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of ethanol, sodium alkyl sulfate, acyl methyl taurine and the quaternary ammonium salt-type disinfectant, (B) one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of menthol, carvone and cinnamic aldehyde, (C) 0.000001-0.0009 mass% of one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of 4-10C alicyclic ester compounds and (D) water.
