PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem inherent in the conventional arrangement in which a drive roller having a flange is formed in a single piece molding from rubber in order to correct a curl in the downstream of a sheet transport path in a fixation device, which may lead to cost-up for manufacturing the drive roller. SOLUTION: An eject roller device 13 according to this invention is to be installed inside a printer 1 downstream in the sheet transport path R of the fixation device 10 of hot roller fixation type, in which a plurality of roller couples 14 each consisting of the drive roller 15 and a pressure roller 16 are installed in line in the sheet width direction, while driving side rolls 26 and follower side rolls 27 protruding toward the sheet transporting surface A are installed along the sheet width direction on both sides for the sheet transporting surface A formed as a plane including the nip parts B of these roller couples 14, and it is arranged so that for each drive roller 15, the driving side rolls 26 are installed on the driving shaft 17 of the drive roller 15 and on both sides in axial direction of the drive roller 15.
