A mixture for the presowing seed incrustation, in which as zinc-containing component the product of neutralization of 2-amino-5- methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole of dipropionic acid with zinc hydroxide is used. The use of mixture substantially increases plants activity, in particular the energy of germination, roots provision and likeness of seed due to the valuable plants germination at different stages of organogenesis with the mobile forms of zinc which enables to increase the crop yield by 1.7-2.5 centners/hectare
