The system of centralized cold supply for equipment for product storage in trade enterprise comprises of refrigerated cases, refrigerated cupboards, refrigerated counter, and circulation pump for the cold carrier, heat exchanger and refrigeration unit with respective cold productivity. In the system, as intermediate cold carrier, organosilicon liquid of grade PMS-5 of home production is used.
