A processing line for making confectionery products contains a mixing container, an intermediate reservoir, a boiler, a fondant whipper, a moulder, a coater and a temperer, automatic wrappers, a fat-preparing station, a unit for obtaining a jelly-forming solution, the multipurposed boiler of periodical action CARASTAR for obtaining jelly and caramel pastes, which are connected in series. The automatic weighing and mixing container AVTOGRAV D and the additional weighing and mixing container AVTOGRAV ??, both with units for metering the ingredients, are used as the mixer. Two film boiling units SUCROFILM of the rotor type are used as the boiler. Two fondant whippers MICRON of the continuous action, each of which contains cooling and whipping screws and two tempering screws, are used as the fondant-whippers. The moulding head consisting of two or three sections, for the coating and the filling, and of three heating devices, is used as the moulder.
