METHOD FOR COLLECTING SENSOR INFORMATION, MOBILE TERMINAL, INFRASTRUCTURE SENSOR DEVICE, CENTER STATION, USER TERMINAL, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly obtain the state information of a user, to obtain the state information of surrounding environment, and to reduce the power consumption of a sensor appliance.

SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 4 is carried by the user and obtains mobile sensor information(the state information on the user) from a mobile sensor device 3. The infrastructure sensor device 1 is a fixed station, obtains sensor information (the state information on the surrounding environment) from the sensor, and enciphers the mobile sensor information, the sensor information, the time stamp of itself, etc. with a public key to transmit to a center station 10. The center station 10 accumulates the encripted sensor information. The mobile terminal 4 stops or reduces power supply to its radio transmission part when it does not transmit signals. A user terminal 5 separately accesses the center station 10 to obtain the enciphered sensor information, and converts the time stamp to an actual time to correlate the mobile sensor information and the sensor information.
