<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly estimate a power generation response time of a fuel cell after considering a humidification state of air being an oxidizer gas to be supplied to the fuel cell, and to accurately control various apparatuses based on it. <P>SOLUTION: A basic value of a pure water supply flow rate is calculated based on a target power generation amount of the fuel cell; a humidification state of the air supplied to the fuel cell is estimated; and a correction value to the basic value of the pure water supply flow rate is calculated according to the humidification state. Then, the power generation response time of the fuel cell is estimated based on a pure water pump motor revolution command value for realizing the pure water supply flow rate after it is corrected by the correction value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
