<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an electronic component recovery apparatus for recovering electronic components, and to improve a recovery rate of discarded electronic components. <P>SOLUTION: A component recovery mechanism 6 comprises a blower 63 for blowing air from a side of an electronic component 91 held by an attraction nozzle 33, and a suction 62 for sucking and recovering the electronic component 91 to a direction away from the attraction nozzle 33. In the component recovery mechanism 6, the attraction nozzle 33 is inserted into a suction passage 621, and air is blown from a suction port 332 of the attraction nozzle 33 to separate the electronic component 91 from the attraction nozzle 33 and guide the same to the suction passage 621 for recovery by a recovery filter 622 in parallel with attraction by the suction 62 and blow by the blow 63. In the component recovery mechanism 6, a recovery rate of the electronic component 91 can be improved, and an apparatus associated with the recovery of the electronic component 91 can be miniaturized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
