摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing a variation in temperature of a supplied hot water produced when a state in which water is supplied by utilizing a hot water in a hot water storage tank to a state in which water is supplied by heating water by a hot-water supply device even if a detection sensor for detecting the incoming water temperature of the hot-water supply device is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: The passing of water is detected in a hot-water supply unit 10, and the updating of an incoming water temperature Ti is started after a heat exchanger passing time tx [dotted line portion of (4)] is passed. During an accumulated heat use operation [dashed line portion of (4)], a supplied hot-water temperature T<SB>0</SB>is set to the incoming water temperature Ti so that a heating amount Q is calculated to be 0 (zero). When a hot-water supply device use operation is started [straight line portion of (4)] is started, the incoming water temperature Ti is calculated from the supplied hot water temperature T<SB>0</SB>and a flow W, and the heating amount Q required for increasing the temperature of the hot water to a set supplied hot water temperature Ts is calculated. Since the heating amount Q is calculated in the accumulated heat use operation, the calculation of the heating amount Q is allowed to follow smoothly to the temperature of the hot water flowing in a burner heat exchanger 52 even if the temperature of the hot water is lowered suddenly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
