<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide lever of a manual operation work device capable of adjusting and readjusting the device to a human engineering desirable position. <P>SOLUTION: In the manual operation automatic work device having a vibration damping guide lever 15, for example, a damping plate or roller, elastic damping elements 6 of four joint parts are connected with a console 7, and a guide bar 15 is mounted on the console 7.
