PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversation support system with which a conversation is supported by using a communication means such as a portable telephone set and the communication can be improved. SOLUTION: A measuring part 10, an analysis part 11, a creating part 12, and a calling part 13 are included in a server 3a constituting the conversation support system 1. The measuring part 10 measures the change of specified information included in voice which the speaker of the portable telephone set 4a utters, and the analysis part 11 analyzes the state of feeling of the speaker of the portable telephone set 4a on the basis of a measured result. The creating part 12 creates feeling control information on the basis of the analyzed state of feeling of the speaker. The calling part 13 transmits it to the portable telephone set 4a. Feeling control information includes music and sound effect in accordance with the type of feeling and the speaker of the portable telephone set 4a can hear feeling control information with the voice of the opposite party.
