PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device wherein the suction force of a suction fan sucking ink mist is not lowered. SOLUTION: A filter 72 is fixed at the internal surface of a filter frame 76, and the rectangular space portion of the frame 76 is closed with the filter 72. The filter 72 has a bellows-like shape. In the filter 72, a ridge 72a extending toward the direction of an ink flowing down, namely nearly vertical direction and a valley 72b are alternately formed. The height of the ridge 72a is 5 mm, and the pitch L between the ridge 72a and the valley 72b is 10 mm. The ridge 72a a triangular shape, and the angleθof the triangle vertex is not less than 50°and not more than 56°. The filter 72 is made of polypropylene. An ink absorber 74 absorbing the ink such as a sponge is arranged under the filter, and the undersurface of the filter 72 contacts the top face of the ink absorber 74. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
