PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system capable acquiring one or more of assigned files with an E-mail by transmitting the E-mail with a command from an E-mail terminal 7 to a file transmission source terminal 1 located in a distant site, requiring no global IP address in a file transmission source terminal 1 side located in the distant site, because of using the E-mail as a communication means, and easy to be introduced because no special communication setting other than E-mail setting are required. SOLUTION: The E-mail is correlated with an operation of the file transmission source terminal 1 located in the distant site, and correlated information 3 is stored in a storage device 2. The file transmission source terminal 1 acquires the E-mail from an E-mail server 8 with a fixed period. One or more of the assigned files assigned in a file list or the E-mail are returned to the E-mail terminal 7 which is a transmission source of the E-mail, referring to the correlated information 3, based on received E-mail information.
