PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor available for a data retrieving device for validly utilizing information related with the classification of data to be retrieved for data retrieval or the storage of the data to be retrieved. SOLUTION: A keyword generating part 16 generates keywords from each data of a data group 111 by using a Japanese analytic engine 17, and outputs those keywords to a keyword classifying part 162. The keyword classifying part 162 decides classification items by clustering the keywords, and stores the keywords in a data store 11 based on the decided classification items.
