PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent equipment from being stopped due to fault by collecting deterioration information on building equipment to grasp deterioration state of the equipment from a remote place. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a plurality of analyzers which are installed in each equipment and measures deterioration information; and a switching unit for connecting one of the plurality of analyzers to a CPU via a communication apparatus. The deterioration information on the building equipment is measured according to a prearranged schedule, a tendency management graph is created from the measured deterioration information, and deterioration is decided when the deterioration information exceeds a predetermined level.
