PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous detection without complicating the setting of identifiers or increasing the kinds of sample images when whether or not a predetermined object is included in an identification object image is identified by using reference values outputted by the plurality of identifiers which have learnt by learning by using the sample images. SOLUTION: The total sum of identification points outputted by identifiers which have leant by using a plurality of sample images for identifying whether or not a face is included in an identification object image is calculated. When the total sum is not more than a fourth threshold Th4 to identify that the face is included, the total sum of the identification points is calculated for each of a plurality of categories classified in advance in the order of the higher correctness rate of the identifiers, and when the categorized total sum for all the categories is not more than a first threshold Th1, it is identified that the face is not included in the identification object image.
