PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary for a standby side control part to wait until a control side control part completes output processing to an I/O device, and that it is impossible to realize the efficient operation of this system. SOLUTION: A control side control part and a standby side control part are synchronized in the timing of input/output processing, and a route between a controller and an I/O device is dynamically switched so that the output processing to the I/O device can be shared by the control side control part and the standby side control part. Thus, it is possible to improve the performance of this system by making the standby side control part being an excessive resource perform writing processing while the control side control part performs the output processing.
