PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser of a drinking water enabling a reduction in device manufacturing cost and running cost and capable of reducing noise in running on the dispenser capable of always supplying a cool water and a hot water and sterilizing a storage tank and a pipe system in the dispenser by heat. SOLUTION: This dispenser of the drinking water comprises a cool water tank 5 having an evaporator 36 for storing the drinking water W in a pipe system for supplying the drinking water W from a drinking water container 2 and a hot water tank 8 with a heater 40. The cool water tank 5 and the hot water tank 8 are disposed under the drinking water container 2, the hot water tank 8 is disposed under the cool water tank 5, the hot water tank 8 is allowed to communicate with the cool water tank 5 through a pipe 9, and the lower part of the cool water tank 5 is allowed to communicate with the lower part of the hot water tank 8 through a pipe 13 in which a solenoid valve 13 is interposed. The sterilization of the inside of the pipe system can be performed by opening the solenoid valve 13 to naturally circulate the hot water in the hot water tank 8 in the pipe system.
