PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop for stably keeping pranoprofen unstable to light for practically a long time. SOLUTION: This eye drop containing pranoprofen can be stably kept for a long time by simultaneously adding cyanocobalamin together with pranoprofen and improving reduction of pranoprofen content caused by light.
