PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail structure of a rail of a mono-rail carrier that endures a travel of the mono-rail carrier for heavy load transportation and rolling on a slope, by welding a flat steel wider than the length of one side to the one side of a square steel pipe. SOLUTION: A means travels while griping a rail with a lower roller 4 rolling on the back surface of the flat steel 2 wider than the length of one side that is welded to the one side of the square steel pipe 1 and is projected from it, a driving wheel 5 engaging with a longitudinal hole 13 on the upper surface, and an upper roller 4a. The means travels while transmitting power to the driving wheel 5 from an engine via a speed reducer and meshing a pin of the driving wheel with the hole of the square steel pipe and the flat steel or a rack welded with the upper surface of the flat steel. A driving section is set so that it is welded to the upper part of the square steel pipe, the flat surface of the flat steel 2 contacts with the upper roller, and the driving wheel meshes with the hole or the rack. A fitting turnably fastenable with a support block is disposed on the lower surface of the square steel pipe. The passing of the roller rolling on the back surface of the flat steel is not disturbed.
