PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium put-out device which enables the building thereof using the component parts such as a drive means with the optimum design and performance without restricting the mounting of other parts within the body of the game machine, unreasonably expanding the range between the game machines nor being limited to those having the possibility of being miniaturized or made thinner as much as possible. SOLUTION: The body 101 of the put-out device is so arranged as to be installed outside the game machine 10 separately from this machine 10 and disposed behind the rear of the game machine 10 and above this machine 10. Drive means 110 and 130 are driven by the control means 300 to transfer the pachinko balls along a transfer path 200 and when the number of pachinko balls put out detected by a number of put-out balls detection means 210 reaches the specified value, the driving of the drive means 110 and 130 is stopped. Moreover, the body 101 of the put-out device is provided with a polishing means 150 for polishing the pachinko balls to put out the game balls polished by the polishing means 150.
