PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent act of fraudulently setting a setting value. SOLUTION: When a setting value is changed with a setting selection key turned on and a display permission key also turned on, a display device is controlled to display a proper setting value, the same setting value as set when the setting value is set, in the display device. When only the setting selection key is turned on while the display permission key is not turned on, the display device is controlled to display a false setting value, a different value from the set setting value, in the display device.
