PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stimulation apparatus for facial massage capable of stimulating the skin, promoting the blood circulation around the stimulated area and activating contraction of the muscles without using cream, lotion and skin conditioner or the like. SOLUTION: The electric stimulation apparatus for facial massage comprises a microprocessor 141, a stimulation generator 142 and a pad 2. The microprocessor 141 controls the stimulation generator 142 and generates pulse signals on two electrodes 21 arranged on the pad 2 via two conducting wires 13. The pad 2 is attached to the skin of the face. A pair of switch buttons 121 and 122 are used to turn on or turn off the power for generating pulse waves. By changing the intensity of the pulse waves generated by the apparatus using the switch buttons, electrical muscle stimulations (EMS) are applied to the muscles of the face, and the blood circulation around the stimulated area is promoted. Using the apparatus, the tension of the muscles and the tissue of the face are enhanced to minimize wrinkles and sagging of the face due to a senile change. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
