PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal toilet apparatus from which a granular excrement-treating material can automatically be taken out after used for excretion. SOLUTION: This apparatus for treating the animal excrements comprises an excretion portion 9 formed in a box container shape on which the granular excrement-treating material can be put, a used granular excrement-treating material-storing portion 10 formed in a box container shape on which the granular excrement-treating material can be put, and a granular excrement-treating material-moving portion 12 whose one end is connected to the used granular excrement-treating material-discharging port of the excretion portion 9 and whose other end is connected to the used granular excrement-treating material-introducing port of the used granular excrement-treating material-storing portion. The granular excrement-treating material used for treating the excrements is used for the excretion and then cleaned by washing and separating the adhered excrements.
