PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic apparatus for automatically processing multiple samples for hybridization. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises bottles for simultaneously holding multiple samples, a chamber-temperature controller for controlling the temperature of the chamber in which the bottles are arranged, a suction nozzle for dividingly injecting reagent to the bottles, a reagent temperature controller for adjusting the temperature of the reagent.
