PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional sheet which is fully flexible and with which a surface on a base material layer side can be formed relatively flat for obtaining an absorptive article with excellent touch and an excellent absorption performance in the case of using the three-dimensional sheet as a surface sheet of the absorptive article. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional sheet, the joint part of a prescribed pattern is formed by partially joining a filament layer composed of the tow of filament and a base material layer, the filament layer partially projectes to one surface side to form many projection parts. The joint part is composed of many small joint parts 44 arranged non-continuously, many closed areas 43 surrounded by the plurality of small joint parts are formed, and practically all of the filaments inside the respective closed areas 43 are fixed to the small joint parts 44 at boundary parts 41 and 42 with the other closed areas 44 positioned at the front and back of the orientation direction.
