<p>Straightening machine includes the bed with upper and lower cassettes placed in it with straightening rollers connected with the help of half-couplings, having grooves, with articulated spindles, which are equipped with device for their support and guidening, which contains upper and lower beams connected with the bed, and the catch of mutual position of beams. Bed is equipped with the guides, and upper and lower beams are executed with possibility of displacement over these guides. Lower beam is equipped with the drive of displacement, the catch of the mutual position of beams is executed in the form of a pair of hydraulic cylinders, rods of which are hinged with one of the beams, and housings are hingedly attached on other beam. Each beam is equipped with supports for the half-couplings of spindles of straightening rolls of upper and lower cassette located with possibility of interaction with the grooves of these half-couplings.</p> |
