The electrically conducting housing (1) is rectangular and has sides (2) with a variety of holes (3) for ventilation and for plugs and other equipment. The housing has a flat floor or lid (5) carrying a flat layer of spring steel (6) with pegs (7) and bent upstanding tongues (8) at the edges. The sides and corners of the housing have thickened regions with threaded bores (4) for fastening screws.
