<p>A composition for treating soil or water where the soil or water is intended for agricultural use. The composition contains: (i) an organic acid component, comprising at least one carboxylic acid functional group;(ii) a microbial component comprising any of nitrogen fixing, nitrifying or denitrifying bacteria or phosphorous decomposing fungal organism; (iii) a macronutrient component providing a source of N, P, K, S, Ca or Mg assimilable by soil; and (iv) a vitamin / cofactor component to provide nutrients for the microbial component; in a plant assimilable form. The organic acid component is preferably a methanolic solution of fatty acids, humic acid, citrus acids, ammonium lignosulfonate, glucuronic acid, ketogulatric, fulvic acid, almic acid, EDTA, EDDA, EDDHA, HEDTA, CDTA, PTPA or NTA. The microbial component is preferably Rhizobia, Azatobactor, Nitrobactor, Rhodopseudonomus, Lactobacillus or Mycorrhiza.</p> |
