<p>A power controlling method based on DwPTS in the mobile communication system. During the random access periods, bases on the broadcasting information and the measured power of the DwPTS the terminal determines the transmitting power of the UpPTS under the open-loop power control. During the communicating periods, the BS informs the terminal the receiving power that it will need, bases on the measured power of the DwPTS the terminal computes the transmitting power under the open-loop power control which will be the reference of the upward transmitting power and the terminal compares the computed power with the power that the BS will need under closed-loop power control in fact. Then the terminal compares the difference with the threshold and If the difference is larger than the threshold the terminal will transmit with the sum of the referenced upward transmitting power and the threshold power, else it will keep up executing the closed-loop power control. Using the advantage that the transmitting condition in the uplink and in the downlink is the same in TDD, it uses more possibly the excellence of the simpleness and nicety of the open-loop power control, That It doesn't need complicated outer loop power control in the closed-loop power control makes the RNC more simple and the system more steady. Because the measured power is the power of the DwPTS, it improves the nicety of the power control by a long way.</p> |
