The terminal (2) uses a reliability component, obtaining a response to a question posed to the user of the terminal, within the framework of an application. The component then transmits to a distant server, a message identifying the question and indicating the response received. This guarantees to the server that it has correctly received the response provided by the user. The terminal (2) comprises a first family of applications (4) and a second family of applications (3) having a more extended capacity to communicate over the network (R). The procedure includes the stage of a reliability component belonging to the second family of applications, obtaining a response to a question posed to the user of the terminal, within the frame of a first family application. The reliability component then transmits to a distant server, via the network, a message identifying the question and indicating the response received. This message is transmitted in conditions inaccessible to the applications of the first family, which guarantees to the server that it has correctly received the response provided by the user. |
