PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect the clogging of a filter in an air-conditioner. SOLUTION: The clogging state of a filter 24 provided in the air inlet port 8 of an air conditioner 101 is detected based on the operating time of a supply fan 10. The clogging of the filter 24 is detected based on an air velocity factor value weighted according to an air velocity during the operation of the supply fan 10 and the cumulative operating time of the supply fan 10. Since the clogging state is decided by adding the air velocity factor value weighted depending on the air velocity of the supply fan 10 to the cumulative operating time of the supply fan 10, the clogging state can be detected more precisely. |
