The invention relates to a method for transmitting data (am(i)) between a transmitting station (BS) and a receiving station (MSm). According to said method, on the transmission side, a respective data value (am(i)) is associated with a number of correlated subresources (fx = (f1, f2,..., fk)) of a carrier by means of expansion in the frequency range, and the expanded data value (am(i)) is sent to the receiving station (MSm) as a transmission signal (s(t)).
