A fluid-filled vibration control apparatus (10) including two mounting members (12, 14); an elastic body (16) connecting the two mounting members; a partition means (50) supported by one of the two mounting members; and a flexible membrane (46) which partially defines, on one side of the partition means that is opposite to the other side thereof on which a main fluid chamber (52) is located, an auxiliary fluid chamber. The partition means includes a main member (80) having a groove (88, 90) in a first surface thereof, and a cover member (82) having a second surface which is superposed on the first surface of the main member so as to cover the groove and thereby define an orifice passage (55, 56) permitting flows of a non-compressible fluid between the main and auxiliary fluid chambers. Each of the main and cover members is formed of a rigid material. Two portions of a ridge (100) are respectively provided on two portions as one of (a) two first portions of the first surface of the main member that are respectively located on opposite sides of the groove and (b) two second portions of the second surface of the cover member that are respectively superposed on the two first portions of the first surface, and a sealing layer (106) is provided on the other of (a) the two first portions and (b) the two second portions. The main and cover members are superposed on each other such that the two portions of the ridge project into the sealing layer and thereby fluid-tightly seal an interface of the first and second surfaces of the main and cover members.
