A METHOD AND A PLANT FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF COSTS OF HEATING ROOMS

The total costs (16) of heating a building comprising a number of individual rooms/flats (19) are calculated on the basis of, on the one hand, an X percentage (18) which is calculated on the basis of a measured energy consumption and a Y percentage (17) which is calculated on the basis of a measurement of the number of degree days. The X and the Y percentage can be set statically and/or regulated dynamically, and the consumers may receive information on how their consumption habits influence the heat bill which is, by means of the X and the Y percentages calculated in such a manner that it is both fair and provides an incentive to energy saving measures.
