PURPOSE: Provided are a multilayer lithium secondary battery with separated two films of separator, which eliminates the risk of electrical short and has improved charge/discharge characteristics, and a manufacturing method thereof by simple attachment process using a small-sized device. CONSTITUTION: The lithium secondary battery is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: (a) attaching a plurality of anode plates(100a) adjacent to each other onto one side of a first separator(200); (b) attaching a plurality of cathode plates(100b) adjacent to each other onto one side of a second separator(200); (c) disposing both separators(200) to be overlapped each other and folding both separators along a line between plates sequentially in one direction to obtain a laminate(400); and (d) injecting an electrolytic solution and packing. In the laminate, two separated films of separator have a pattern folded in one direction from the inside to the outside, the anode plates and the cathode plates are arranged alternatively, and taps of the anode plates are piled on one another and taps of the cathode plates are piled on one another. |
