The invention relates to mining, more exactly to blasting operations, in particular to methods of placement in vertical and steeply inclined dry and watered wells bulk explosive substances in arms and can be used at extraction on minerals by open and mine methods. The method consists in that the substance is placed in hermetic arm inside non-hermetic one with higher strength, with simultaneous lowering of those to the well. Versions are proposed for the arms laying with use of hollow guide and the appliance that is a mono-block including thee guide and the arms, with installation to the well.
