FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform a 8-o'clock-type corneal paracentesis to introduce through it a needle by capturing coloboma's edge and puncture it out through cornea in opposite segment to apply a ligature. Another end of ligature should be withdrawn out of anterior chamber through paracentesis to develop a loop which should be twice winded around pincers' branches. Then one should capture a free end of ligature with pincers out of paracentesis to tighten a knot due to tightening ligatures in opposite directions. Then it is necessary to detect the degree of papillary shift against optic axis, and if the upper papillary iridal edge is being along the edge of light reflex from the cornea it is necessary to conduct combined laser coreoplasty on the second day. One should dissect iridal sphicter in a 12-o'clock-meridian with YAG laser at wave length of 1020 nm, energy of 2-3 mJ by applying 5 impulses. Then with argon-laser at wave length of 560 nm it is useful to apply 2-3 coagulates/9-3-o'clock-segment radially per 5 meridians due to applying the energy of 300-400 mW and spot's value of 200-300 mcm, moreover, the first coagulates in every meridian should be applied along papillary edge. The innovation enables to center a pupil, restore optic ocular system, remove cosmetic defects, improve acuity and avoid complications in post-operational period. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex |
