The applicator has a protection cap which caps on an end of a tubular reservoir (1). The cap is formed of inner and outer caps, where the inner cap is fixed hermetically on an applicator nozzle (19). The reservoir has an elastic portion (2) that acts as atmospheric pump and that permits to forward a product to a brush (8) through the nozzle by pressing walls of the reservoir.
