The adapter (12) and the mechanism case housing (13) are embodied in one piece in the form of an integrated housing which is fixed to the opening (9a, 9b) of the penetration of the cover (10) by means of the tubular adapter (12). A tubular sleeve (14) consists of a threaded part (14a) which is perfectly coaxially screwed into a tapped part (13c) at the end of an integrated housing (15.). Two sealing lips of the integrated housing (15) and the tubular sleeve (14) are tightly welded to each other. The welding seam (18) is produced by melting a filler metal between two end parts of the joint of the sealing lips by means of automatic orbital welding. The assembling and welding of the tubular cladding (14) on the integrated housing (15) can be carried out in situ at the nuclear reactor by faultless weld seam (18).
