Disclosed is a time-saving and cost-saving method for producing, on a part (2) of a building, a luminescent image, especially the image of a starlit sky, which is visible only in the dark and is substantially invisible during the day. Said method is characterized by a combination of the following features: a film (3) that is used as a stencil is produced by cutting out the image from the film; the film (3) is glued to the part (2) of the building; the bare planar sections of the part (2) of the building are filled in with an essentially translucent color that brightens during the night; and the film (3) is removed. |
