It is intended to provide a method, a drug (in particular vaccine), a system and so on for easily treating or preventing a desired disease, disorder or condition (in particular cancer). An efficacious preventive vaccine for diseases (for example, cancer) obtained by using a cell fusion technique with the use of a virus such as an inactivated HVJ and/or an adjuvant whereby metastasis and recurrence of cancer can be particularly inhibited. Namely, a fused cell prepared from an antigen-presenting cell with at least one immunoreactivity-imparting cell and techniques relating thereto.
